Scatter the pellets evenly around your dahlia plants as soon as you notice slug damage or signs of slug activity. For best results, apply the pellets in the evening, when slugs and snails are most active. Reapply if all pellets have been consumed and slug activity continues.
For plants that are especially attractive to slugs, such as dahlias, it is recommended to apply the pellets immediately when new shoots begin to emerge.
Application rate: Use approximately 2.5 grams per m², which is generally enough to protect around 4–6 young dahlia plants, depending on plant spacing.
