Collection: Galanthus

There are currently nineteen known species of snowdrops (Galanthus), although this number may change and not all botanists agree on the exact count. These species occur naturally in different parts of the world. Snowdrops are highly variable, and when an unusual snowdrop is discovered and named, a new cultivar is added. Thanks to the wide range of species and cultivars, it is possible to enjoy flowering snowdrops in the garden from autumn through April. It is important to plant the bulbs immediately upon arrival.
