How long do I have to return my package?

We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

We do not reimburse return costs.

We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return, and let you know if the refund is approved or not. If the inspection is approved, we will refund you in full excl. (shipping costs)

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with the original packaging. You will also need the packaging page or proof of purchase.

If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 5 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Where is the best place to plant flower bulbs?

This is stated on our packaging.

Our packaging contains mini instructions that tell you how deep and what distance you need to use to plant the flower bulbs.

A general guideline is to plant flower bulbs approximately 8 to 15 centimeters apart, which gives you approximately 40 to 90 flower bulbs per square meter.
