Plant and Care
Plant summer flowers in well-draining soil and a sunny spot for the best blooms. Water deeply but avoid overwatering, and add mulch to retain moisture. Regular feeding with a balanced fertilizer helps keep plants healthy. Deadheading—removing faded flowers—encourages continuous blooming and prevents the plant from using energy on seed production
Shipment

De Chionodoxa forbesii 'Blue Giant' is een selectie uit 1997. Mogelijk de mooiste Chionodoxa, met prachtige, grote bloemen die aan de buitenzijde korenbloemblauw zijn en een opvallend ivoorwit hart hebben. De binnenzijde van de bloemblaadjes varieert van moorsblauw tot paarsblauw. De bloeiperiode is lang, tussen de zes en acht weken. In 2010 werd 'Blue Giant' bekroond met een jubileumcertificaat van de K.A.V.B.
