Return Policy

We have a 7 day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Shipping costs are at your own expense.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with the original packaging. You will also need the packaging page or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us at gervenbulbs@gmail.com . Please note that returns should be sent to the following address: Netherlands, South Holland, 2211 ZN, Noordwijkerhout, Castellum 4.

Items returned to us without first submitting a return request will not be accepted.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether or not your refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically be refunded to your original payment method within 5 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund.
